Responsibilities
- Educate clients on insurance coverage options and assist them in making informed decision.
- Develop relationships with referral partners
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests.
- Following up with customers timely.
- Resolving client issues using our resources
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone
