- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately over the phone and in person

- Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold our high standards of cleanliness
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Contribute to a positive work atmosphere by demonstrating flexibility and willingness to help where needed
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
- Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic when addressing customer concerns
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
