Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by addressing questions, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. (Mainly email)
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining appropriate solutions
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Handle complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Patience and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may require additional education or experience)
This role is a temp to perm role
Pay rate is $20-21/hour
