No direct experience necessary – we provide comprehensive onboarding, training, and direct support every day from the minute you join our team.

From entry level with no direct experience, to RBT, BCBA, and program director positions!

Entry Level - RBT

In this role you will-

  • Provide direct support for a young adult with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques in a relaxed home-based setting and in the community.
  • Assist client with communication, social, and independent living skills including- cooking, cleaning, and hygiene.
  • Assist client in the community- shopping, entertainment, social activities, eating out, and job readiness skills.
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals with the team
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.

Requirements and Role Details

  • Pay $22-30 per hour (based on experience, education, and certification level)
  • Must have a valid California driers license, proof of insurance, and reliable safe vehicle.
  • CPR cert (or completed in the first 30 days), immunization records, background check/Live Scan upon hire

For those without certification:

Once you have completed training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive $20 for each hour worked. For all BT training and administrative time, you will receive $19 for each hour worked.

Clinical Supervisor - BCBA

In this role you will-

In addition to list above you will also:

  • Supervise the client and staff, ensuring top-notch program standards.
  • Mentor team members, helping them grow in their positions.
  • Oversee assessments, goal setting, and monthly meetings.
  • Work with client to set attainable goals and develop a successful program that is personalized and based on their unique qualities and interests. Seek opportunities for social and community inclusion.
  • Supporting others who are closely involved in the client’s life (family, friends, and community members). Develop behavioral and other supports that foster meaningful relationships!
  • Oversee schedules, address concerns of the client and staff, develop and maintain a positive work culture, be a positive leader.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, communication, and care for the client and team.

Requirements and Role Details

  • Pay $32-45 per hour (based on experience, education and certification)
  • Master’s, or currently enrolled in college, in the fields of ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Prefer experience supervising clinical staff
  • Strong ABA skills (Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)
  • Reliable car, CA driver’s license, and proof of insurance
  • CPR cert (within 30 days of hire), immunization records, background check/Live Scan upon hire
