• Operate office machines and equipment to support daily operations.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.
• Answer inbound calls professionally, providing information and resolving inquiries.
• Assist with training and development activities related to office procedures and methods.
• Monitor supply inventory and place orders to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with team members to support production and clerical needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all tasks performed.• Proficiency in office functions, including word processing and database management.
• Strong keyboard skills and familiarity with spreadsheet software.
• Ability to handle clerical tasks such as file maintenance and mail distribution.
• Experience with machine operation and supply inventory management.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory procedures.
• Effective communication skills for answering calls and coordinating tasks.
