Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility) for the relevant state
- Proven experience working with elementary-age children, preferably in grades 3-5
- Deep understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with general educators, support staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, engaging instruction tailored to diverse learning needs in a supportive classroom setting
- Manage a consistent caseload of approximately 30 students, ensuring appropriate accommodations and modifications
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
- Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to drive student success
- Document and communicate student progress toward individual goals
