Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) | Texas
Job Summary We’re seeking licensed therapists in Texas to deliver professional counseling remotely. In this role, you’ll connect with clients virtually, guide them through personal challenges, and help them reach meaningful goals. You’ll enjoy a consistent weekday schedule and the flexibility of working from home.
Position Details

<li>Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li>
<li>Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide teletherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families</li>
<li>Develop personalized care plans with measurable objectives</li>
<li>Track progress and adjust strategies as needed</li>
<li>Partner with other providers to ensure coordinated care</li>
<li>Maintain clear and timely documentation</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology</li>
<li>Licensed in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)</li>
<li>Two years or more of clinical experience</li>
<li>Skilled in virtual therapy delivery</li>
