What You’ll Do

  • Run company-provided leads and generate your own through referrals and field marketing.

  • Perform roof and siding inspections for storm-damage and retail projects.

  • Prepare professional estimates and explain materials, warranties, and repair options.

  • Meet with insurance adjusters to verify full damage scope and ensure complete coverage.

  • Build lasting customer and referral relationships within the Mehlville community.

  • Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events like BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and HBA.

  • Partner with real estate agents, insurance professionals, and home-service trades to grow referrals.

  • Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects.

  • Help homeowners with color selections and contract completion.

  • Attend weekly sales and strategy meetings with the South County team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or restoration.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

  • Comfortable learning and explaining the insurance claims process.

  • Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.

  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

  • Team-player attitude with a professional and ethical approach.

Performance Goals

  • Achieve $108,000+ in monthly sales revenue.

  • Maintain a 35%+ closing ratio.

  • Balance company-provided and self-generated leads (50/50).

  • Build 10+ new referral partnerships each month.

  • Maintain company profitability through accurate and ethical sales practices.
