You’ll be creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors while ensuring the smooth operation of front-desk duties.
This position is full-time, FLSA non-exempt, working Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p with a rate of pay at $18.00/hourly.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and staff warmly, fostering a professional and kind environment
- Schedule appointments and keep patient info up to date
- Answer phones, take messages, and properly direct calls
- Help with check-in, check-out, and administrative support tasks
- Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with team members to support a smooth operation
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative experience, especially in healthcare, is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and the willingness to learn new systems
- A professional, dependable, and compassionate approach
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
