Are you someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering excellent service? We’re seeking a reliable, compassionate individual to be the first point of contact at our clinic. You’ll be creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors while ensuring the smooth operation of front-desk duties.

This position is full-time, FLSA non-exempt, working Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p with a rate of pay at $18.00/hourly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and staff warmly, fostering a professional and kind environment
  • Schedule appointments and keep patient info up to date
  • Answer phones, take messages, and properly direct calls
  • Help with check-in, check-out, and administrative support tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support a smooth operation

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative experience, especially in healthcare, is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computers and the willingness to learn new systems
  • A professional, dependable, and compassionate approach
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license
