Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in Winston-Salem, NC, serving students from PreK through 12th grade. This contract role spans the entire school year and offers the opportunity to support students in developing critical communication skills within a dynamic K-12 educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders for students across all grade levels (PreK-12).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations.
- Provide consultation and training to school staff to support speech and language goals in the classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working in an educational setting with children ranging from PreK to 12th grade.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school personnel.
- Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans focused on student growth.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Schedule:
- Full-time, approximately 35 hours per week during the school calendar year.
