A high-growth firm operating in the talent acquisition and HR services sector, focused on delivering workforce solutions, employer branding, and compensation advisory to clients across the United States. We design and implement competitive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate high-performing teams.
We are hiring an on-site Total Rewards Manager to own compensation and benefits strategy, deliver market-aligned programs, and partner with HR and business leaders to drive pay equity and workforce cost optimization.
Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive total rewards programs (base pay, variable pay, benefits, and recognition) aligned to business objectives and budget.
- Lead market benchmarking and job evaluation initiatives—develop salary structures, job grades, and competitive pay recommendations using external market data.
- Manage benefits strategy and vendor relationships (health, retirement, leave, and wellness programs), ensuring cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver pay decisions, merit cycles, promotions, and incentive plans; provide clear recommendations and business-case analysis.
- Drive pay equity reviews, audits, and remediation plans; prepare executive reports and present findings to senior leadership.
- Maintain and enhance HRIS processes for compensation and benefits (data integrity, reporting, automation); lead continuous improvement and change management activities.
Skills Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field plus 5+ years in total rewards, compensation, or benefits roles.
- Hands-on experience with compensation benchmarking, salary structure design, job evaluation, and market analysis.
- Proven ability to manage benefits programs and vendor relationships; strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory requirements (FLSA, ERISA).
- Proficient with HRIS and compensation tools (Workday, ADP, Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel skills; experience with market data vendors (Mercer, WTW, Radford) preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to translate data into executive-level recommendations and influence change.
Preferred
- Experience leading pay equity analyses and corrective action plans; familiarity with statistical analysis or basic SQL is a plus.
- Certifications such as CCP, GRP, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or similar preferred.
