Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Professional licensure valid in the state of practice
- MRI certification accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR)
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on MRI technologist experience
- Strong knowledge of MRI imaging equipment and safety protocols
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and multidisciplinary teams
Schedule and Hours:
- Day shifts: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Rotating on-call nights and weekends, ensuring flexible coverage for patient needs
Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images following established protocols
- Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations
- Participate in quality control and equipment maintenance activities
