Job DescriptionAre you a results-driven Collections Representative with a knack for customer solutions? We're seeking motivated professionals to join our client's dynamic team in the auto finance industry. What You'll Do:
-Manage outbound and inbound calls to resolve past-due accounts.
-Address various balances including late payments, lease-end charges, repossessions, and total losses.
-Negotiate and set up payment arrangements that work for customers.
-Utilize skip tracing to locate customers or collateral when necessary.
-Handle and resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism.
-Maintain strict compliance with company and industry standards.
What You'll Bring:
-1-2 years of experience in Collections (auto finance highly preferred; credit card or mortgage experience also considered).
-Strong communication and critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving.
-Ability to thrive in a high-volume, goal-driven atmosphere.
-Computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple applications.
-High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
