Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution

  • Maintain accurate customer records and data in ERP systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
  • Internship or prior experience in a manufacturing or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus
