Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and internal systems
- Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in ERP systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- Internship or prior experience in a manufacturing or customer service environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus
