Step into a fast-paced Level IV NICU caring for infants from 23 weeks onward, with a focus on high-acuity cases and surgical interventions. Schedule & Hours:

• 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p
• Weekend rotation: every other weekend minimum
• Holiday expectation: work 75% of holidays
• Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks
• No call requirements

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU nursing experience
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP
• Proficient in:
  • Basic ventilator management
  • Central line and tracheostomy care
  • G-tube management
  • Pre-/post-surgical management
  • Blood transfusion and infant venous stick skills
  • Feedings: bottle, breastfeeding, gavage

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for diverse neonatal populations including those requiring surgical intervention
• Provide thorough, individualized patient and family education
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient care
• Support surgical recovery and complex care needs
• Float to pediatric and critical care units as needed
