Day shift

Job Duties:
Oversee all pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Assess pharmacy for quality and regulatory compliance.
Review and update policies, protocols, and order sets.
Sustain the hospital formulary, minimizing nonformulary procurement, utilizing therapeutic interchanges and promoting rational drug therapy selection.
Provide clinical consultations and clarification to practitioners, providing recommendations for cost-effective therapeutic alternatives to medical staff as needed.

Requirements:
Active Pharmacist license in the state of South Dakota
At least 2 years experience in a pharmacy leadership role required
2 years experience in an inpatient pharmacy setting.
