About the Job:
You'll scan and digitize physical documents that feed into our AI systems. This is foundational work: when you scan accurately, accountants can help their clients faster. During tax season (3–4 weeks), hours increase from 20 to 30 per week
What You'll Do:
- Scan physical documents using commercial scanners
- Name and organize files according to established protocols
- Check scans for quality and completeness before upload
- Flag missing or damaged documents
- Light data entry and file movement as needed
You'll Excel With:
- Consistent attention to detail
- General comfortability with technology (scanners, laptops, variety of office software)
- Consistency: other folks are relying on you to get their work don
- Able to follow processes exactly as written
The Details:
- Onsite
- Fixed-term contract through Mid-April
- ~20/week standard, ~30/week during peak periods
