We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to organize, file, and maintain deal folders for vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation.
Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and maintain deal folders for all vehicle sales.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before final processing.
- Handle a high volume of paperwork with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Scan required documents into the system and perform light data entry, including entering notes, updating records, and posting basic accounting entries.
- Support the office team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of paperwork.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including scanning and data entry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Filing, clerical, Microsoft Office, data entry, administrative assistance, customer service.
- Prior office or administrative/clerical experience preferred, but not required.
Work Environment
This position requires working onsite within an office environment as part of a team of three.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
