Clearly Acquired is hiring a W-2 Debt Broker / Financing Advisor to join our rapidly growing capital and advisory platform serving the Main Street to Lower-Middle-Market economy.


This role is not for everyone.

It is for debt professionals who are tired of losing good deals to restrictive bank credit boxes — and want more autonomy, upside, and impact without going independent.

As a W-2 Debt Broker at Clearly Acquired, you will advise and structure capital for clients seeking financing for:


  • Business acquisitions (SBA 7(a), conventional, non-bank)
  • Recapitalizations and refinances
  • Partner and shareholder buyouts
  • Lines of credit and working capital
  • Equipment financing
  • Owner-occupied business real estate


You are not starting from zero.


You will step into a platform with 30+ high-quality inbound leads per week, extensive outbound opportunities, proprietary technology, and a collaborative team supporting deals end-to-end.


This is a performance-driven W-2 role designed for professionals who want income stability plus uncapped upside.


Compensation & Economics (W-2)


Base Salary: $40,000 Designed to keep the lights on — not cap your ambition

Commission: ~95% variable, uncapped

Top-End Earning Potential: $400,000+ annually

Core Skills & Experience


  • Experience in acquisition financing, ideally SBA 7(a)
  • Strong understanding of DSCR, equity requirements, credit boxes, and deal structure
  • Background in lending, sales, business development, or capital advisory
  • Ability to guide entrepreneurs through high-stakes financial decisions
  • Comfortable in a remote, performance-driven W-2 environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, CRMs, Slack, and modern deal workflows
