Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, grow revenue, and build a high-performing sales team. This role will focus on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and driving overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Generate new business through leads, networking, and outbound efforts
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (if applicable)
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify new market opportunities (residential, commercial, HOA, etc.)
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in pest control or service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Valid driver’s license (if field sales required)
