Techneaux is currently looking for a qualified full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our Business Information Technology Services (BITS) team.

As the Digital Marketing Manager for our BITS business unit, you will develop and execute strategies to enhance online visibility, drive meaningful engagement, and strengthen our brand presence. This role includes managing SEO initiatives, planning and executing social media campaigns, optimizing our website, and creating compelling content such as branding videos and reels. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, leverage data-driven insights, and maintain a cohesive digital experience across all channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging marketing content, including writing, graphics, branding videos, and reels to support campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual design.
- Monitor and analyze performance data for SEO, social media, and website traffic to inform decision-making.
- Stay updated on digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Manage social listening, reputation monitoring, and support digital crisis response.
- Oversee website functionality and user experience; troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with IT.
- Support budget planning and manage external vendors or freelancers as needed.
Requirements:
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO and social media management with a proven track record of strategy execution.
- Proven ability to create compelling marketing content, including branding videos and social media reels.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
- Experience running and analyzing paid social and SEM campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with CMS platforms; familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Creative thinker with an eye for visual storytelling.
Pay Range = $50,000 – $65,000 annually
FLSA and Employment Status: Exempt; Full-time
