Location: The Learning Experience Williamsburg, VA
Pay: $16 $19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday
At The Learning Experience (TLE), we make early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for both children and teachers. Our Toddler Teachers create a warm, nurturing environment where little learners build confidence, independence, and social skills through purposeful play and exploration.
What Youll Do:
- Foster a loving and safe classroom where toddlers (ages 12 years) can explore, learn, and grow.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support physical, social, and cognitive milestones.
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote early language, motor skills, and curiosity.
- Maintain strong communication with families through daily reports and progress updates.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure a fun, organized, and positive classroom experience.
What Youll Bring:
- A passion for early childhood education and helping toddlers discover the world around them.
- Experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool environment preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Must meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Toddler Teachers, including required training and background checks.
