The position will remain open until filled.



Onsite in Fort Collins, CO


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm


General Duties (includes but not limited to):

  • Complete assigned maintenance activities within scheduled due date.
  • Identify root causes for equipment alarms.
  • Maintain record of troubleshooting data.
  • Repair or replace damaged equipment components.
  • Assist with installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Communicate equipment status, maintenance needs, and repair recommendations.
  • Follow lock-out tag-out, safety, and training protocols.


Physical Requirements:

  • Is expected to sit, walk, or stand for 8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally, be able to hear, and have clear and corrected
  • vision for tasks that involve reading, writing, and working with small details.
  • Have physical agility for tasks that involve bending, kneeling, or reaching.
  • Have precise hand-eye coordination for tasks that involve handling small objects,
  • tools, or machinery.
  • Must be able to lift/move 30-50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to industrial materials.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience maintaining injection molding or similar manufacturing equipment (medical, automotive, or highprecision manufacturing preferred).
  • Preferred work history in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
  • Proficient in interpreting manuals with mechanical and electrical schematics for troubleshooting and identifying root causes of equipment failure.
  • Proficient with basic hand and power tools, diagnostic instruments (multimeter, temperature controller, etc.), and measuring instruments (bore gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Experience with a CMMS (MaintainX perferred)


Certifications (preferred):

  • Technical certification, apprenticeship, or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.


Skills:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain healthy working relationships.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication in English.
  • Strong time management skills and can work with multiple deadlines.
  • Detail oriented work and organized with tools and spare parts.
  • Must be able to perform simple math such as addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, measuring and decimal points.
  • Electrical troubleshooting (230V or less, pumps, relays, contactors, sensors, and switches, heaters, solenoids, etc.)
  • Maintenance of Injection molding machines, hot runner controllers and heaters, resin dryers, temperature control units, water chillers, sprue pickers, and end of arm tooling.

Effective 6 Months After Permanent Hire Date:

  • Profit Share Program-Eligible to participate the month following 6 full months of employment.
