Job DescriptionPosition Overview:

Duckstein Restoration, since 1971 is a well-established local restoration contractor is looking for a multi-trade skilled carpenter to fill a position in our large loss division. This is a very demanding position with year-round work, great pay, and benefits. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with above average service and craftsmanship. Responsibilities:

• Read and follow a specific scope of work.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Proper use and care of all company tools and equipment.
• Proficient in the following:
  1. Drywall (hang & finish)
  2. Painting
  3. Wood, laminate, ceramic tile, and vinyl flooring installation
  4. Basic Plumbing
  5. Basic electrical
  6. Cabinet Installation
  7. Countertop Installation
  8. Finish carpentry (door, window casing, baseboard, crown molding, etc.)
  9. Ceiling tile system installation
  10. Framing
  11. Window & door installation
  12. Siding, soffit, fascia
  13. Light Roofing

Qualifications:

• MUST POSSESS a Valid driver's license
• MUST PASS a background check.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction / remodeling experience
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with restoration industry practices is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Company truck and major tools/equipment provided. Employees are responsible for basic hand tools.

Salary: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour – with overtime readily available

• No less than 40 hours per week
