The Restaurant General Manager drives every aspect of restaurant operations. You'll energize performance by leading daily activities, surpassing operational targets, and cultivating a customer-focused environment. This role empowers a leader who can masterfully balance strategic financial management with dynamic team development to deliver outstanding results.
Core Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of two years of general management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment is essential.
- Proven expertise in achieving and surpassing financial results, including P&L management.
- A genuine passion for developing and empowering team members is crucial.
- Must demonstrate unwavering honesty and integrity, with an uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction.
