Bright Rainbow Academy, a nurturing and dynamic educational center, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of early childhood development and a genuine love for fostering growth in young children. As an Infant and Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers, prioritizing their well-being and individual needs.
• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and observations of children's development, documenting progress and identifying areas for growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom, ensuring that materials and supplies are readily available.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and licensing regulations, ensuring compliance with Bright Rainbow Academy's policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current on early childhood education best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a licensed childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development, milestones, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children.
