What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, upscale setting
- Train, mentor, and develop a strong back-of-house team
- Partner with the Executive Chef on menu execution, specials, and innovation
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and timing
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in upscale, high-volume kitchens
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams
- Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations
- Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus
- Professional, adaptable, and driven by high standards
Compensation & Benefits:
- $75,000 – $80,000 base salary
- Bonus potential up to 20%
