Position Summary

We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting clients over the phone, email, and digital platforms by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing outstanding support to ensure every pet and pet parent receives the care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails/messages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm veterinary appointments.

  • Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and wellness plans.

  • Update and maintain accurate client and patient records.

  • Triage client concerns and route urgent matters to veterinary staff when necessary.

  • Assist with prescription refill requests, billing inquiries, and client follow-ups.

  • Handle client concerns with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborate virtually with the in-hospital team to ensure seamless client and patient care.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (veterinary, healthcare, or call center experience preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with scheduling software, phone systems, and basic computer applications.

  • Compassion for pets and empathy for pet owners.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Schedule & Compensation
