Job Summary for the RBT
The ideal candidate will work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and assist in implementing behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities of the RBT

Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
-
Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
-
Collect data on targeted behaviors
-
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation
-
Assist in the development of individualized care plans
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Qualifications of the RBT
-
RBT Certification
-
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
-
Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
-
Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner
