Administrative Assistant II
Location: Flexible Hybrid (Work from Home with 1 Day Onsite)
Schedule: Part-Time | 20–25 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: $25–$28 per hour
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II to provide high-level administrative support CEO. This role is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated professional who thrives in a flexible, hybrid work environment and can adapt to a fast-paced, growing organization.
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will support the CEO with day-to-day administrative operations, calendar and task management, travel coordination, and meeting support. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Primary Responsibilities
Calendar Management
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Coordinate and prioritize executive calendars to optimize time management
Task Management
- Track and follow up on action items assigned to the CEO
- Ensure deadlines are met and follow-ups are completed
Travel Coordination
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Prepare and submit travel and expense reports
Meeting Support
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute notes as needed
Ad-Hoc Projects
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and related communication tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
