Job Title: Construction Laborer
We are seeking dedicated construction laborers to join our team, with responsibilities including loading and unloading super sacks of concrete to meet production goals, operating equipment, site clean-up, moving materials, and occasionally assisting with printing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload super sacks of concrete every 30 minutes to maintain production goals.
- Operate construction equipment regularly, including JCB 510 and Manitu models.
- Participate in site clean-up and assist in moving materials.
- Collaborate with the team on diverse tasks and projects.
- Maintain a team-first mentality, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as needed.
- Willingness to relocate and work at different job sites as required.
Work Environment
The work environment is entirely outdoors, involving construction site activities. Shifts vary from 7 AM to 7 PM for day shifts and 7 PM to 7 AM for night shifts. Flexibility in shift rotation and site assignments is necessary, with guaranteed hours and potential for overtime.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
