- 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years relevant experience in a Finance, Healthcare, Analytics or related position, including at least 3 years of direct people management Required
- Experience with an Academic Medical Center or complex Health System. Additionally, experience with lean management, project management and process improvement Preferred

- Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management professional (PMP) certification, CPA, or CMA Preferred
