• Ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Strong skills in order entry and managing sales processes.
• Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools is preferred.
