A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Technicians (Multiple Openings) in Horsham, PA. The Pharmacy Technician would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Pharmacy Technician Compensation
• The pay for this position is $23.26 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Pharmacy Technician Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Multiple shifts available:
Morning Shifts (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• 1 Opening – EKIT Technician
• 1 Opening – Prepack Technician
Fill Technician Shifts
• 3 Openings – 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 3 Openings – 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
• Fills prescription items, as permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy, packaging medications for dispensing and delivery while meeting accuracy and productivity standards
• Labels products appropriately, including cautionary or auxiliary labels
• Participates in periodic inventory of the pharmacy
• May check in drugs and supplies, stock shelves, and remove out-of-date items from inventory
• Prepares medications including emulsions, liquids, powders, and ointments, which may include non-sterile compounding
• Communicates with internal and external customers in a pleasant and professional manner
• May process returned medications from facilities for credit or destruction
• Assists in training new employees
• May specialize in:
- EKIT preparation
- Prepack operations
- Fill technician duties
- Controlled substance handling
- Automated packaging equipment
- Inventory management
- Data entry of patient and medication orders
- IV medication preparation and sanitization of IV room and equipment
• Services facility-based medication dispensing machines (e.g., RxNow)
• Performs other tasks as assigned
Pharmacy Technician Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Active PA Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
