Position Overview
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our operations at the FW location. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, drive productivity, and maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety. This person will manage the team, coordinate workflows, and ensure the operation effectively supports our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the warehouse team to meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
- Plan and organize labor to meet daily and weekly volume requirements.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and proper material handling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments (Transportation, DTC, Client Services, etc.) to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
- 1–2+ years in a lead, supervisor, or manager role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily/weekly goals.
