Full-Time | $19–$21/hr | Monday–Friday
Neptune Cold Storage is a growing refrigerated warehouse in Miami specializing in frozen and temperature-controlled storage. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including forklift operation, shipping/receiving, and basic data entry in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
This is a hands-on role in a professional cold storage environment with opportunities for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift daily for pallet movement, loading/unloading, and product put-away
- Receive inbound shipments and verify counts and product condition
- Stage outbound orders and assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Perform order picking, pallet wrapping, and warehouse organization
- Enter inventory transactions and updates accurately in our WMS
- Support inventory counts and product tracking
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Occasionally assist with local deliveries as needed
Requirements
- Valid forklift certification/license (required)
- Prior warehouse experience (cold storage preferred)
- Comfortable working in freezer and refrigerated environments
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical warehouse work
- Fluent English (spoken and written) required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
