Raleigh, NC – North Hills area Bookkeeping & Management Service firm is in search of dynamic individuals who wants to contribute to the continuation and growth of our organization. We provide bookkeeping, tax and consulting services for privately owned businesses and related individuals. We also work with not-for-profit organizations.

Individuals with two to five years of recent bookkeeping experience are encouraged to apply for the position of full-time bookkeeper. This position will be responsible for posting transactions, reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, preparation of adjusting journal entries, monthly balance sheets and profit and loss statements. Ability to assist with payroll, payroll taxes, sales tax, and 1099 Forms are required. QuickBooks experience is a must.

Summary of Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with clients and to possess client service skills
  • Computer proficiency in all versions of QuickBooks online
  • ADP Payroll Processing experience a plus.

  • All applicants must be located in the Raleigh Area. This is NOT a remote position.
  • Office Hours 9 AM-5PM Monday through Thursday. Fridays 9AM to 1PM
