🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare annual operating and capital budgets.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards, models, and reports.
• Provide variance reporting and executive-level presentations.
• Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, including productivity and expense benchmarking.
• Perform complex data extractions and ad hoc analysis to support decisions.
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic and operational improvements.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Analytics (Master’s preferred).
• • 5+ years of financial analysis or healthcare - business analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with financial systems - Workday or Epic is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
