Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, professional, corporate, and leadership positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce planning objectives, and position requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and hiring team feedback
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate trends, and recruiting updates
- Support offer development and facilitate the pre-employment process
- Ensure a professional, engaging, and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for skilled trades, corporate, and leadership-level roles
- Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates through various recruiting channels
- Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments preferred
Position Details
- Location: Pineville, NC
- Work Environment: 100% Onsite
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour
- Employment Type: Contract
