Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, professional, corporate, and leadership positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce planning objectives, and position requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and hiring team feedback
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate trends, and recruiting updates
  • Support offer development and facilitate the pre-employment process
  • Ensure a professional, engaging, and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for skilled trades, corporate, and leadership-level roles
  • Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates through various recruiting channels
  • Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and candidate assessment skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments preferred


Position Details

  • Location: Pineville, NC
  • Work Environment: 100% Onsite
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour
  • Employment Type: Contract
