Key Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Record patient histories and vital signs accurately.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures
• Administer medications and injections as directed by providers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant program preferred.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or similar) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality care.
