About the Role:

The Clerk Receiver plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient receipt, inspection, and documentation of goods and supplies within the accommodation and food services industry. This position is responsible for verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, checking for accuracy, quality, and damage, and properly recording all received items in inventory systems. The Clerk Receiver collaborates closely with suppliers, warehouse staff, and management to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate stock levels. By maintaining organized records and timely communication, this role supports operational continuity and helps prevent supply shortages or overstock situations. Ultimately, the Clerk Receiver contributes to the overall guest experience by ensuring that all necessary materials are available and accounted for in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move moderate weights as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
