About the Role:
We’re looking for an organized, friendly, and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations within the region. This role is vital in ensuring a positive experience for both employees and candidates, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. You’ll work closely with local leadership and the regional HR team to maintain smooth HR processes, accurate records, and a supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions, paperwork, and personnel file management.

Facilitate employee offboarding and ensure all documentation and system entries are completed accurately.

Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (job changes, promotions, personal information, performance evaluations, etc.).

Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries (payroll, benefits, timekeeping, training, leave requests, etc.).

Support regional recruitment efforts: schedule interviews, conduct phone screens, manage drug screens and references, assist with hiring events.

Liaise with staffing agencies to coordinate temporary staffing needs.

Assist with compensation programs (bonus entries, pay changes).

Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Support employee engagement activities like recognition programs, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.

Be the local contact for access control systems (fobs, video boards).

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all employee data and files.

Assist with audits, benefits open enrollment, and other special HR projects.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

1+ year of HR experience (Admin, Coordinator, or Assistant role preferred).

HR experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
