The Nurse Practitioner will provide in home patient care, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality medical services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, offering patient education, and ensuring compliance with medical regulations and standards. $94 Hourly + Mileage + Bonus Qualifications
