Night Shift/36-48hrs per week/Our L&D nurses rotate through Post-Partum where we do couplet care, moms and babies.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver ongoing L&D programs for nursing staff, aligned to growth goals.

Design, implement, and track performance pipelines to measure learning impact.

Maintain up-to-date training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate on-site training sessions and simulations for clinical competencies.

Assess learner needs and tailor curricula to individual development paths.

Collaborate with leadership to map L&D to growth and promotion opportunities.

Utilize data analytics to report training ROI and progress toward targets.

Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and prioritize initiatives.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship to accelerate staff development.

Support onboarding with structured orientation and early-career development plans.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and reflective practice.
Experience/Qualifications

RN licensure with active nursing license in the applicable state.

Experience leading or designing L&D programs for clinical nursing staff.

Proven ability to map learning to performance metrics and ROI.

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and certification management.

Proficiency with learning management systems and analytics tools.

Excellent facilitation and on-site training delivery skills.

Ability to assess learner needs and customize curricula for varied paths.

Experience coordinating simulations and hands-on clinical competencies.

Strong collaboration with leadership and department heads to align growth.

Proactive in mentoring, knowledge sharing, and supporting onboarding.
