Position Overview
We're seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to join our team in Tampa. This role involves capturing and editing high-quality video content for local businesses across various industries. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative storytelling abilities to produce compelling content that engages audiences and drives results. Responsibilities
- Film on-location video content for local business clients
- Edit footage into various short-form video formats for different platforms
- Create engaging thumbnails and graphics to support video content
- Organize and maintain digital media files
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business and capture their expertise
- Work within established timelines to deliver client projects on schedule
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our content strategies
Requirements
- Experience in videography and video editing (professional or portfolio-based)
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or willingness to learn
- Experience with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems
- Basic understanding of lighting and audio capture
- Ability to direct non-professional subjects to appear natural on camera
- Comfortable working in various environments including farms, construction sites, and industrial settings
- Not afraid to get dirty while capturing authentic content for blue-collar businesses
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must include portfolio or work samples with application
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe After Effects
- Background working with small businesses or service industries
- Understanding of marketing and lead generation principles
- Experience creating both short-form and long-form video content
- Knowledge of social media best practices
