WellStreet Urgent Care is on a mission to make high-quality, compassionate healthcare more accessible across the U.S. To help us bring that mission to life visually, we’re looking for a skilled and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team.

This isn’t your typical design role. You’ll be working across multiple leading health systems, each with its own brand identity, tone, and audience. That means variety, challenge, and the opportunity to shape how communities experience healthcare—through the power of design.

What You’ll Do:
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the Director of Brand Strategy and Regional Growth to:

???? Design Across Mediums: Create print and digital marketing materials—flyers, social graphics, ads, email banners, presentations, and more.

???? Master Multiple Brands: Uphold and interpret brand guidelines for several joint-venture (JV) partners, ensuring consistency and clarity in every project.

???? Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, clinical, operations, and partner teams to develop creative assets that serve recruitment, patient communications, and community outreach.

???? Create and Edit Video Content: Conceptualize and produce short-form video content for campaigns, internal communications, and patient education—including editing, motion graphics, and captioning.

???? Stay Organized: Maintain a centralized library of assets, templates, and multimedia files tailored to each health system.

???? Adapt and Execute: Receive feedback with professionalism, manage multiple deadlines, and pivot quickly without compromising quality.

What You Bring to the Table:

✅ 3–5 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house; healthcare a plus)
✅ A portfolio that shows strong visual storytelling, branding, and adaptability
✅ Adobe Creative Suite expert (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
✅ Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects; Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve a bonus
✅ Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
✅ Experience editing video and optimizing it for social media and digital use
✅ Excellent organization and communication skills—especially in a hybrid or remote setting
✅ Bonus: Experience in healthcare, multi-location brands, or retail environments

Location & Work Style
This position is based in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid option available. We’re also open to remote candidates located in states where WellStreet and our health system partners operate.
