Key Responsibilities:

Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls from patients

Schedule, confirm, and update medical appointments

Provide accurate information regarding services, providers, and locations

Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pay details when needed
-
Maintain and update patient records with a high level of accuracy

Assist with resolving patient concerns or redirecting calls to appropriate departments
Qualifications:
-
1+ year of call center or customer service experience is preferred
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable navigating multiple systems and multitasking

High school diploma or equivalent required
