Job DescriptionPosition Title: Pediatric Occupational TherapistLocation: Oregon
Licensure Required:

• Current Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon

Knowledge & Experience

• Deep understanding of intellectual, sensory, and physical development in early childhood (ages 0–5)
• Proven experience working with young children with a range of disabilities
• Expertise in developmental assessments and therapeutic intervention techniques
• Familiarity with Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and early childhood educational standards
• Demonstrated ability to support the educational and developmental needs of children with diverse abilities

• Apply evidence-based occupational therapy strategies to support functional development
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine developmental levels and targeted needs
• Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary teams
• Partner meaningfully with families to support holistic care and developmental progress
• Deliver clear, effective oral presentations and written reports to teams, educators, and caregivers
• Exhibit strong cross-cultural communication skills and cultural humility
• Work independently while contributing meaningfully to collaborative environments
