Key Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming calls
-Schedule and coordinate technicians for daily and upcoming jobs
-Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
-Maintain and organize filing systems
-Order office supplies and job related materials as needed
-Assist with basic data entry and record keeping
-Communicate schedules, updates and changes with technicians and clients
-Support general office operations and tasks as assigned
