Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join Guardian Residential Services LLC as a Day Shift LPN and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to provide exceptional care from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient health and document vital signs and changes in condition.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a residential or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for patient-centered care.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
